Real stories of digital transformation from Vietnamese higher education institutions.

About this collection

As part of the SOARing DX-VN project, these presentation and video case studies showcase how Vietnamese universities and colleges are leading digital transformation — from strategic planning and self-assessment to AI integration, blended learning, and community engagement.

These case studies highlight leadership decisions, implementation strategies, and lessons learned from institutions that have piloted the Digital Maturity Self-Assessment Tool and participated in the Digital Transformation Workshop series organized by SOARing DX-VN project in 2025.

The stories demonstrate that digital transformation is a journey, not a destination – it is a continuous process of aligning vision, people, and digital capability to improve learning, teaching, research, and operations.
