This Vietnamese framework provides a structured approach for Vietnamese universities and colleges to design and lead digital transformation – supporting vision development, innovation, streamlined operations, and collaboration.
It is translated from Jisc’s original Framework for Digital Transformation in Higher Education and localized for the Vietnamese higher education context through the SOARing DX-VN project – a collaboration between Bournemouth University (BU), British University Vietnam (BUV), University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), and Tra Vinh University (TVU), supported by the British Council’s Going Global Partnerships programme.
